Conditions of sale

In order to purchase a product or service, it is not necessary to be a User, and visitors to the Website may purchase products without having previously registered or by registering as a user at their convenience.

You can place orders for our products by sending an e-mail to hola@gaudea.com, by calling 639 017 689, or through the Website.

The Website has a menu with different sections, with information on each of GAUDEA's products, indicating their main characteristics, ingredients, the price of the product, with an indication of the price per litre, and whether or not they are in stock.

By clicking on each product you can choose the desired quantity and add the products to the shopping cart.

To purchase the products in the basket, click on PROCESS ORDER. From this moment, the purchase process begins, which consists of the following phases:

1.- Identification data

In this first phase of the purchase process, a form will open in which you must enter your identification data. Once you have filled in the form with your personal data, you must enter the delivery address, which must be within the European territory (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) or the following countries.

2.- Shipping method

The order will be sent by the transport company GLS.

3.- Shipping costs and delivery times

SHIPPING COSTS

We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

DELIVERY TIMES

- Orders received before 10 am of the current day: delivery in 24/48 hours. 

- Orders received after 10 am of the current day: delivery in 48/72 hours. 

The delivery schedule will be throughout the next working day, delivering from Monday to Friday. 

4.- Order confirmation

In this phase of the purchase process, you will see all the information about your order with the detail of products, price, VAT, shipping address, shipping method, amount of shipping costs, and total amount to be paid.

In this section you will see a box to enter the discount coupons that, if applicable, are applicable.

If you enter a discount coupon, our system will verify its validity and, if it is valid, it will be applied automatically, showing the applicable discount and the final amount to be paid.

5.- Payment and confirmation of order completion

Payment is made through a secure gateway in the last step of the purchase process, by clicking on FINISH ORDER.           

Payment can be made by bank transfer, Bizum, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Credit cards.

Payment by credit card will be made through Stripe Technology Europe Ltd. At no time during the purchase procedure BIO EVOO know the information relating to the customer's credit card, which are digitized directly in the payment gateway of the entity that issues your card (with security systems that prevent the interception, modification or falsification of information). No BIO EVOO computer file contains or retains such data. Under no circumstances can BIO EVOO be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on BIO EVOO.

Paypal.

The Registered User may make the payment through his Paypal account by indicating his username and password. Payment by Paypal is subject to the particular conditions of the Registered User's account. Payment by PayPal includes a commission to the user.

The Registered User shall be responsible for communicating to BIO EVOO all the data necessary for the correct billing of the services, which must be truthful, current and accurate, especially with regard to payment methods.

The Registered User shall be liable for any damages that may be caused to BIO EVOO or third parties for the data provided, as a result of the use of outdated, false or untrue data and the use by third parties of the personal passwords of the Registered User, especially with respect to those data provided for billing.

In the event of contracting on behalf of a legal entity, the contracting Registered User shall be liable for the reality of his or her capacity to contract on behalf of said legal entity, and shall be vicariously liable for any non-payment arising from the lack of truthfulness in the same. For its part, the represented legal entity, once the first payment resulting from the contract has been accepted, may not object to subsequent invoices due to the lack of authorisation or the lack or revocation of powers of the contracting natural person unless it expressly notifies BIO EVOO in advance.

Once payment has been made using one of the above options, you will be redirected to the GAUDEA website, where you will see a completed order message. Simultaneously, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order and the corresponding invoice.

All the information you provide during the purchase process will be treated confidentially. Likewise, the personal data that you provide us with during this process will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

BIO EVOO in accordance with the provisions of Article 27.1 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, expressly states that it will file the electronic document in which the contracting of the Service is registered, which will be formalised in Spanish.

Once the order has been placed, an invoice will be sent to the contact details provided by the User.

In the event that the payment is not accepted for any reason, the User will be informed immediately. BIO EVOO will not be responsible in any case for the consequences that the cancellation of the order may have for the User.
