Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the User. Home delivery is guaranteed on the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Orders are not delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Deliveries to the Peninsula will be made in 24h / 48h, while deliveries to the Balearic Islands will be made in 72h. Deliveries to Europe will be made in 2 to 5 days.
Delivery times are as follows:
· Orders received before 8 am on the current day: delivery in 24/48 hours.
· Orders received after 8 am on the current day: delivery within 48/72 hours.
The delivery schedule will be throughout the next working day, delivering from Monday to Friday.
BIO EVOO, S.L. will provide a tracking number and link to track the order online and make any necessary changes.
Transport logistics are carried out by the company GLS. BIO EVOO, S.L. is not responsible for delivery failures that may be due to fault or negligence of the courier company in charge of managing the delivery.
